Shipping policy
At 3elementa, we believe the only thing that should be "complicated" in your kitchen is a 5-course French dinner—not your shipping. We work hard to get your problem-solving tools from our door to yours as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days.

The "Weekend" Rule: We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (even our team needs a break from solving kitchen crises).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [5:00 PM EST] will begin their journey the following business day.

High Volume: During peak seasons (like the holidays), things might take a day or two longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll send you an email so you aren't left wondering where your new favorite gadget is.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We like to keep it fair—no "hidden fees" drama here.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or Mercury being in retrograde. We appreciate your patience!
3. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to all of Canada and the USA.

P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. boxes via [Carrier Name], but please note that expedited shipping may require a physical address.

International Duties: For our friends outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility (we’re good at solving kitchen problems, but we haven't mastered international tax law yet!).
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. You can watch your package travel across the map like a very slow, very exciting movie.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, please contact us immediately at shrestha.business26@gmail.com. We’ll jump in to investigate and make it right.
